A 6-person daily stand-up that actually takes 10 minutes
Group call. No calendar invite. Started from the team\'s existing chat room.

Sam opens the "mobile-team" chat room in DeskTrust. Six team members are online (green dots next to names). He clicks the 🎥 icon in the room header.

Six full-screen ring modals appear on their laptops. Tab titles start flashing "📞 Incoming call…". Sam's name in the modal, big green Accept + red Decline buttons.

Four team members hit Accept. Their browsers prompt for mic + camera. They grant. Their tiles start populating a 2×2 grid on Sam's screen and each other's.

A fifth member accepts a few seconds later. Grid re-flows to 3×2. Nobody's connection is interrupted.

Ana speaks first: "Yesterday I finished the auth refactor — PR is in review." Her tile's border glows emerald. The active-speaker indicator makes it obvious who's talking on a 5-tile grid.

Marco: "I have something to show you all — one sec." He clicks 🖥 in the controls. Browser prompts him to pick a window. He picks Android Studio. The screen fills the main area; cameras shift to a side rail.

He walks through a layout bug he's stuck on for 90 seconds. Ana suggests a fix. Marco says "yes, that's it, thanks" and clicks 🖥 again to stop. Layout snaps back to camera grid.

Wraps up: "Alright — Ana, you're on the deploy at noon. Marco, ping me if that lint config still fights you." Hits the red hangup. His tile disappears from everyone else's grid. The remaining four continue for another minute of side-chat before ending.

Marco leaves last. His hangup triggers the session-end path: server closes the mediasoup Router, writes the endedAt timestamp, notifies everyone. CallSession row is retained for history.
